Host Your Party at West Meade Swim Club
Party reservations for the 2026 season are now open!
Members can request to host parties from May 30 to August 15. We’ll accept reservations only during this period to ensure proper staffing. All party requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the requested date to ensure proper staffing.
Parties cannot be booked on July 3rd or 4th.
Available Dates and Times
Parties may be scheduled Monday through Saturday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (excluding days when home swim and dive meets are held and holidays). This is to minimize overcrowding and maintain a pleasant experience for all.
Cost and Guest Policy
Cost: $225, due within 48 hours of the club confirming your reservation.
Guest Limit: Up to 25 total guests (including members, non-members, and chaperones). Please note that exceeding this limit may prevent future bookings and will result in additional fees.
Setup and Timing
You may set up in your designated area 15 minutes before the start of the party.
Guests can arrive at 2:00 PM and must depart by 4:00 PM .
Food Policy
Food that has been commercially prepared from outside sources is not allowed, except for cake. If you would like to arrange for food for your party, please reach out to our grill in advance to discuss pre-order options.
Important Guidelines
Alcohol is not permitted by host or attendees.
Non swimmers MUST be supervised by an adult.
Members are responsible for the behavior of all attendees.
All attendees must be briefed on basic pool rules before the party begins.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment and a signed club agreement are required within 48 hours of confirmation.
Full refunds are available only in the event of inclement weather.
Partial refunds can be issued up to 7 days prior to your event.
A complete list of all attendees must be submitted 48 hours before your party.
