Member Portal

Membersplash is the member portal for West Meade. Here, you can check your payment status, access guest passes, and find emergency contact information and waiver details.

Important: You MUST complete the club waiver form, agree to the member handbook, and update your household information before your first visit to the club. Membersplash is required for ALL MEMBERS.

To log in, use the email associated with your account and your password.

To update information for each family member, click the three dots next to each person’s name in your household and select “Edit.” You must provide a photo, date of birth, gender, email address (for adults), and phone number (for adults) for every member of your household.
